I hear you say, "maybe if all of those evil companies weren't spewing pollutants into the sky, I wouldn't have to worry about stormwater filters." I can't argue with the logic behind this objection to changing stormwater filters. However, if we are to save what we have left of the Earth's natural splendor and diversity, we must do what is in our power. In this case, what is in our power is to change stormwater filters regularly and think about them all the time. Stormwater processing is a battle that will be won or lost over the course of decades.
