I visit the dentist religiously. I know not everybody does. But I also know that I knew how my grandmother faired with her teeth at the end of her life. I am sure that she wished she went to the dentist more. I am not using fear tactics here, but it seems that people don't really think about dental hygiene enough when they are young. See your teeth react to things over a long period of time.
Your dental hygiene is a life-long committment. You need to visit your dentist and listen to what they say early in life or you will be a world of trouble later with your teeth. See a great dentists here.
